This group is a new offering at HeartSong Yoga and Wellness Center in Beaverton. It is an opportunity to receive brief meditation instruction and to sit with a group for quiet reflection and meditation. Some walking meditation will also be explored. Anyone is welcome. While brief instruction will be offered for those newer to meditation, individuals are welcome to use whatever techniques they choose. The intent is simply to create community by sitting together. Yoga Core Body- Is a beginner/intermediate 60 minute yoga class designed for those with yoga experience (although not required). During classes, students will continue to learn how to move safely in and out of asanas (poses) with correct technique as they build their knowledge base of more challenging asanas.
