Meditation practice to share information about techniques to achieve peace of mind, connection, creativity, healing, sharing community, health and wellness, reducing stress. Anyone who is interested in learning more about meditation can come weekly for about an hour Saturday afternoon at 2pm or Sunday morning at 10am.
